It seems that after porting a number from Lyca to Lebara (a Vodafone MVNO) I am not receiving any OTPs from banks, credit card companies, google etc. . . . . .

Hi @memphisshades sorry to hear you're facing some trouble. You can try clearing the cache on your devices messaging app, or trying a network reset via your devices settings. If you'd like to check the status of your port in, and ensure this issue isn't related to it, Lebara customer service will be able to check for you. You can reach out to them via the contact information found here.

There is very little point in commenting. Your support is inadequate. Should be a new security measure that has been implemented it is ridiculous and networks are not being transparent with their customers when porting numbers - in fact this causes friction to the porting process. Lebara is a Vodafone MVNO. Everything at network level is Vodafone - not Lebara.

Sorry @memphisshades We may supply the network connection, however Lebara customer accounts are not managed via the system we use to manage Vodafone customer accounts, meaning us as Vodafone Support cannot check your account or port in.

This is a Vodafone issue as you supply the connection. It is affectively the Vodafone network
