I pay £10 a month into my account and a £10 big value bundle is paid for out of that balance every month. So thats £10 in £10 out, simple.
Not only do Vodafone note let me see transactions against my account but i notice that my balance has gone down over the year and i have no way of knowing why?

Hi @eekobob
Your myvodafone app or online myvodafone should help clarify but if it does not in your case then please do engage with customer services on 191, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries and I'm sure they'll be able to clarify what's been using your credit.
Unfortunately Account Access isn't available via this forum.
It could be out of bundle allowance usage / mms messages etc.

Thanks,
Actually i notice the credit has stayed the same since it last changed in July 2020, but can't go back that far to check why. Now i know i can look at itemised usage i will check when it next changes.
Thanks again

Hi @eekobob
I suspect what may be happening here is the BVB expires at midnight at the end of the 30 day duration and you topped up dring the 7 day period but did have sufficient credit for the bundle to automatically roll over, your account would then have been on PAYG 1 until you topped up with the £10.00. If you refer to the T & C's here Big Value Bundles this is mentioned.
The transactions will show on your online or phone application.
