I have just purchased a new phone and wanted to transfer my SIM card from my old phone in order to keep the same number. Unfortunately it is the wrong size so I have ordered a free replacement multi sized one. I am currently on the Pay As You Go1 tariff as the phone is not used very much and wanted to keep this with my new phone. All I can see on the website are options to purchase a big value bundle of £10 or more but I don’t want be tied to a monthly payment system. How do I keep the PAYG 1 tariff please?
