Pay As You Go Plan but Vodafone is showing on credit report

I had a Pay Monthly contract with Vodafone which came to an end in December 2022. At that point I requested for the number to be moved to a Pay As You Go plan, which Vodafone did in January 2023.

Since January 2023 I have been using my Pay As You Go plan but when I recently signed up with the credit reporting agencies, I discovered that Vodafone are still sending data to them. Every month since December 2022 has been marked as successfully paid. There are no other plans in my name with Vodafone.

Is there a team at Vodafone that looks after the process of preparing the data and transferring the data to the agencies? If yes, please confirm the name of the team and their contact details.

Yes @aweekfromnow  know exactly what you mean, Vodafone are still reporting on your credit file when it should show as a closed account.

This is quickly and easily solved, just complete and submit the form 'A mistake on my credit file' and you will receive a email confirmation reply within 7 working days.  When corrected it usually takes 30 take to show on your credit file.  Your Credit File
