I've got a Vodafone sim card purchased in Italy in my phone, and I've got a Vodafone soeasy pay as you go card purchased in Cyprus. How do I transfer the money from the pay as you go card to my account and top up?

I had a top-up yesterday. The payment was made but the data was not charged.What should I do?
