Hi could anyone help me, just put a PAYG sim in my iPhone 7 and it will not connect to 4g. I have tried putting the correct settings and making sure 4g is enabled and it's still not connecting!

Has anyone got any information that may help!

Thank you in advance

We've seen a few posts similar to yours @Lee2310

I assume your in a 4G area.

You can check via 》Vodafone status-checker.

I'd also suggest a forum search to find some of the threads and posts as the advice already within may help you.

One such thread is 》 Cant-get-4g  which provides the Network Troubleshooting Tips and template and advice on how to check the settings in an iPhone for connection.

I appreciate you've looked at this but it's always worth checking again.

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and if possible another sim card in your current phone.

Sending WEB to 40127 may also help regarding internet settings.

A person can if they wish manually input the internet settings known as apn's 》How-to-manually-enter-vodafone-apn-settings  or Device guides.vodafone.co.uk/set-up-your-phone-for-internet.

Also it maybe beneficial to speak with customer services on 191 or Live Chat as they can check your account settings for 4G.

We've seen instances where 4G wasn't activated on the account.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can help.

There is no account access via this forum anymore.

I wish you all the best with this situation.
