Pay as you go cannot receive call

I am in Switzerland, I can use My pay as go SIM to call out without problem.   However, I do not receieve either call or SMS.   When my friend call my SIM, the system said my SIM is not a registered one,

I chat Vodafone but could not get the problem resolved.   Have you faced this issue before?  How to overcome it?

Hey @leungkk - it's unusual that you're unable to make calls but not receive them.
