Question about transfer number to VOXI.

Sounds a bit silly:

I didn't know I could transfer number directly from Vodafone to VOXI and keep the same SIM card.

And I still ordered a new SIM card from VOXI website :(.

In this case, could I still transfer my number to the VOXI SIM card from Vodafone?

On the Voxi site @SquallLiu you complete the section where you already have a Vodafone number, here https://www.voxi.co.uk/move/for-now you don't order a Voxi SIM. 

The problem is getting the number moved  you can't port Vodafone to Vodafone and may need to port out the number you wish to  keep to any other network and back in on the Voxi SIM.  The simplest way would be to return the Voxi SIM and complete as already a Vodafone customer.

But it looks like not the link I should use. After going to the link, it did a eligibility check.

I want transfer to SIM only which shouldn't need any check.

You can still keep your number,  I was incorrect when I mentioned porting out.

Hi @SquallLiu, The process to move from Vodafone to VOXI is to contact the VOXI team through their website here or Social Media under VOXI_UK on both Facebook and Twitter, where an agent will move you over using the same phone number and SIM card.

We're unable to port a Vodafone number over to VOXI as we use the same systems and therefore this would be Vodafone to Vodafone which we're unable to do. You've mentioned you've taken out a SIM from the website; if you've taken out a blank SIM with no plan, please reach out to the VOXI team and they can move you over today and once the blank SIM arrives you can simply dispose of it.

If you've chosen a VOXI SIM card with a plan, please reach out to the VOXI team once it arrives and they can manually transfer your Vodafone number to the new VOXI account 🙂
