I am British with a British bank account but I am rarely in the UK, spending most of my time in Israel and Australia. I need to be able to receive SMS texts for two-factor verification purposes from my bank and other UK based institutions wherever I am. I would like to obtain a PAYG sim card when in the UK later this month but I am unsure as to whether receiving SMS texts is possible. Can you advise me please?
