Receiving refund as a credit rather than into my bank account

Hello,

I had a contract before with Vodafone and I have paid all of my bills and I have switched from pay monthly to pay as you go . However they took a final bill from me and gave me a refund, but instead of refunding it to my bank account it got refunded to me as a credit which I don’t want. Is there a way I can get it refunded into my bank account instead.

Yes @hoyam , when you change from contract to PAYG, any credit is given as PAYG credit.  I know for sure Vodafone can return this credit to a card, give them a call on 191.  Alternatively, drop the Social Team a message through social channels here Contact Us
