Have you topped up the Vodafone UK sim card @JOVID2002

"I've just joined Vodafone on Pay as you go


  1. Put your SIM into your device and switch it on – if you need help, find out how to insert a SIM
  2. Wait for your phone to show it has signal and the Vodafone symbol – this can take up to 24 hours, but it's usually much quicker
  3. Top up your phone and make a chargeable call" 

Is your phone unlocked or locked to Vodafone UK so it'll accept a Vodafone sim card.

Vodafone can also be contacted via Live Chat  and the Vodafone Social Media Teams- Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
