Mobile shows No Sim Card, but one is fitted and there is surplus in the payg account. What do I do?

Providing you have kept the SIM active with regular chargeable activity or top up @Mobile01 the SIM should still be active on the network.

 

If possible try your SIM in an alternative phone, this will rule out a SIM or phone fault, if you don't have a different phone, go into a Vodafone Store and they will help.
