Switching to Vodafone from VOXI PAC rejected

Hi, I am trying to switch from VOXI to Vodafone pay monthly SIM deal. I have my PAC from VOXI. When I checkout on the Vodafone site and select the "switching from another provider button" I am prompted for the PAC and my current number which I input. When I submit I get an error that says "Code rejected. Please check your PAC or STAC code and phone number." I have double checked the numbers I am entering and they are correct??

Hi @snellmark 

You don't need a PAC to transfer from Voxi to Vodafone, they are the same company.  Vodafone have made changing from Voxi to Vodafone and Vodafone to Voxi simple and you continue to use the same SIM card.

Just take out the plan you would like with the number through  Vodafone and they will make the change.

edited to add: @snellmark  Changing from Voxi to Vodafone is the same process as changing from PAYG to contract. The best way to do this is to purchase the plan you would like and then complete this form Keep your PAYG number when moving to Vodafone

Hey @snellmark 👋 As VOXI is a pay as you go service that runs on Vodafone, all you need to do is take you new service directly with Vodafone. Once you have your temporary number, you can then fill out this form here if you'd like to keep using the same VOXI number 👍 
You don't need to use a PAC unless you're moving to a non Vodafone network as @AnnS advised 😊
