Top Up Error after paying - missing credit and still being charged

Hi I've tried to top up my pay as you go credit over the last few days and kept getting an error message after paying saying that it can't complete the request. It looks like others have experienced this issue. I didn't think to check my bank account after the first attempt, but I look and i've now been charged like 80 pounds! And still no credit! Charged for every attempt I made to top up 25-30 pounds. Why is it so difficult to get in contact with an agent? How do I dispute this?

Hi @kciardi This doesn't sound right! I'd recommend contacting our Social Media team here. They'll be able to review your account and locate the missing payments, and will be able to advise your next best steps.

Wished it went back to how it was before. The digital assistant is ridiculously stupid. I need to listen a 3 minute message before allowing the topup, but as reported not working...an error message. Tried for 3 hours still not letting me. 

 

Remove the digital assistant

@182319 I understand a digital assistant can be pesky at times and not everyone's cup of tea, have you since been able to complete the Top Up?
