Top up not showing

I have just topped up £5 on my PAYG 1, but when I log back into the app, my credit still says £0?

Hey @CainShadbolt - it can take up to 24 hours for a credit to apply to your account, though it's usually much sooner. 

Has the £5 payment left your bank? If it's showing as pending, then it hasn't reached us and will be automatically released back to your bank account within five working days.
