Hello, I hope someone can help.
I am trying to top-up from the UK as I am out of NZ for a while - but would like to keep my number going (I have had it for nearly 2 decades and will be back and would of course like my old number when I am)
I unfortunately just missed the yearly top-up date by 11 days - but have been told that my account is still active until June. That is great - but now it won't let me top up (so that my account is active for another year)
If someone could help me solve this - that would be fantastic!
