I have an English pay as you go mobile. I am in Greece and have not used my English phone for several months. I have just tried to top up my phone and the number was not recognised. I tried to call 2345 and got the message "Unable to Connect". Has something happened because it is so long since I used my phone? Thanks

You are possibly going to have 2 problems here, you need to keep the SIM active with regular chargeable activiy, but it's 270 days before final disconnection so that could be ruled out. Roaming is also only intended for short periodic travel. eg holiday use. If you have been using the phone in Greece for an extended period that may be the problem.
You can speak to the Social Media Team here they will be able to check your account.

Thanks very much. Contacted Vodafone but they weren't really able to help. They said if I hadn't used the phone for a long time the account would have to be set up again once I am in the UK.
