A few days ago my £10 Big Value Bundle was automatically renewed for the first time. I received a text message confirmation that it was renewed for another 30 days, another text message confirming that 5X data has been added (totaling 15GB) as per the promotion when I first signed up, and that my unused data and minutes from the previous month have been rolled over. It's been 3 days since renewal, and my Vodafone account shows ONLY the rolled over data, NOT the 5X times data that was promised. I've attached screenshots. Any explanation as to why this happened? I chose this plan specifically for the 5X data promotion which would give me 15GB per month.

Customer services on 191 or Live Chat can access your account to check @amacami and kr the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries if you still can't find the tariff information in your myvodafone app or myvodafone online.

If you have received the text confirmation that the promotional extra data has been added you can be confident that Vodafone have added the extra data.
You will use the core and roll over data first, when this has been used the promotional data will start and you will have until the bundle expires to use the extra data, you won't be able to roll over the promotional data.
For quickness, live chat will be able to answer any questions and confirm that the promotional data will follow as mentioned above.
