Hi I ported my number from Vodafone to voxi Thursday night nearly 2 days ago and my number is still on Vodafone and doesn't look like it's going to over over. I have set up an account on voxi and paid £15 for it. I can't access the account and yet can't access any services. When I moved to voxi before it moved straight away with no issues so why do I is it taking so long as Vodafone and voxi are the same company. In the meantime I have paid for a service I have got no access to and can't stop the payment from going from my bank. If anyone can help I would be very grateful.

Yes @Kevin896062 , you continue to use the same SIM card as you were using on Vodafone, it just changes to Voxi. on this link : Keep your Vodafone Number and SIM
The best thing to do is to speak directly to Voxi they will have the necessary account access here: Voxi

I was intouch with voxi to be ypld it can take up to 48 hours to move over and it hasn't gone yet so we will see if it's moved now Monday so that's 4 days. I know what feelings are on that. I ported from Vodafone to voxi just over a year ago and it was done within the hour so frankly not good enough. If I have to get intouch with Vodafone on Monday afternoon as thats more then enough time then I'll expect a refund that ive paid for to use voxi plus my pac and I will never touch Vodafone or voxi again.

You're 100% right that the transition should be seamless as they are both the same company.
I'm not surprised your unimpressed and frustrated with this.
Both have a duty of care to lookmafter you and get this sorted, not just Voxi.
Sounds like something has most probably glitched and needs manually looking into.
Persevering with Voxi is the best way to get this resolved @Kevin896062

If you transferred the number Thursday evening, the request transfer to Voxi wouldn't have started until Friday morning and takes up to 24 hours to complete but with the weekend in between and numbers not transferring over a weekend, it will be completed Monday as advised by Voxi support. This is mentioned on the Voxi page here: Voxi activation When will my number move
For example:
At least you know the transfer has been activated correctly and the tariff you have purchased will activate when the number moves on Monday.
If you return to Vodafone from Voxi, start the procedure earlier in the week and the transfer will complete the following working day.

Thank you both for your replies. I guess I will just have to wait and see what happens Monday ie tomorrow. I took advantage of the £15 package at 75gbs data which has now ended im hoping that I will still get it as I have paid for it before it ended.

If you purchased and paid for the package before the expiry date you should certainly be entitled to it @Kevin896062 and it should only need activating on the day the number moves.
Any problems, come back to the thread or speak to Voxi and the Social Team or Voxi support will help. Fingers crossed there won't be.

It's nearly 10:15 Monday morning and still no siof my number transferring over to voxi. They got till 2pm then I'll be phoning Vodafone. Both Vodafone and voxi have fobbed me off over this issue. I want what I've paid for or my money back. Two years ago I moved from Vodafone to voxi in a Sunday evening and if was transferred within an hour. 3 months ago I went from voxi to Vodafone transferred within an hour. Something is wrong and they better sort it.
