After paying 10€ to recharge my SIM card, I received a text confirming that my payment had been received and that I should have more data. I have tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the SIM card but neither of these things seem to reactivate my account. I tried to then register for an account with the Vodafone app, but when it asks me to type in my phone number is says that it is not valid, even though it is the number I find in my settings. It’s been a few days now where I cannot call, text, or use data, and I’m not quite sure what the problem even is. Thank you for the help.

The Vodafone Social Media Teams Here can only access Vodafone UK accounts via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM.
You'd need to speak with your own Vodafone regions customer service for account support.
