No agents available from 2 days?

Hello, I just need help with my phone number but there are no agents available from 2 days and I can’t make phone calls since I switched from pay monthly which worked fine to pay as you go and now I’m stuck! 

How do I contact the customer support if I can’t make phone calls and agents are not available from days? Unbelievable…

You continue to use the same SIM, it sounds like the number has not been activated for the change from pay monthly, to test if the transfer has been made try dialing the top up line on 2345.  There is further information here: Getting Started 

Thanks for the reply but, as I mentioned before I can’t make phone calls thus I can’t call 2345 as I have already tried everything! 

Agents through chat are not available from 2 days, and what if I don’t have Twitter or Facebook?

It would have been a test to see if the transfer had ben completed by trying to call the top up line @Seagrey 

 

If you don't use social media, the only other ways are the standard customer service channels of live chat or calling.  There is also the complaints process where you will be assigned a case handler here Complaints 

 

The way customer service is going now and not just from Vodafone is by social media, it takes 2 minutes to set up a Twitter account, this can be done through your Google account if you have one and you can keep it until next needed or forget about it.

Thanks, but I don’t want to set up social media accounts as I never have.

Can you get to a Vodafone Highstreet Store if you have one local @Seagrey  ?

They maybe able to help or put you through to Customer Support via their instore phone.
