I took out a contract on the 20th november but cancelled it not even an hour later as i thought id placed an order through voxi, i did the order through the online chat which was a mistake. i then got but through to the cancellation online chat and was told it was cancelled. i then called 5 days later which was a thursday night as i had a feeling it wasn’t actually cancelled and it wasn’t. The operator on the phone then assured me it was cancelled now but it’s been two working days and still no email to confirm that its been cancelled (only an email to say i’ve turned off adult content which i haven’t ?!? bit confused about that) i haven’t even put the sim in my phone (sim was still delivered even though i cancelled) and the cool down period will be ending soon and im not willing to be stuck in a contract i’ve tried to cancel twice.
