I have ordered pay as you go Big Value Bundle Sim card and purchased a big value bundle via Vodafone Application.
I paid 10£ after activate my Sim card and my bank statement shows I paid as well but, I didn't receive any credit. It has been already 4 or 5 days including weekend. When I contacted customer service, a employee told me to go to Vodafone store and show the bank statement and ask for the credit or refund.
So I went to the store by car and talked to employee in the store, however the store employee said they do not have authority to give credit on the store and ask to contact customer service again.
Seriously....? This is very time and money consuming work, so stressful and not even solving anything.
Why do I have to spend more of my money and time to solve this problem... I don't think it is not my issue at all...
So I have contacted again to the customer service and she said Vodafone didn't get any money from me but what??? I already paid and bank statement shows that.
Also, she said I will get my money back on Monday since they did not receive any but I still didn't get any money yet.
Please can you help me with this as soon as possible? so I can use my data and calling outside. I couldn't use it for nearly a week...

When you purchase a free SIM with credit, Vodafone will automatically convert your credit into a BVB @taeuk3202 , of you refer to this link this is explained Vodafone Big Value Bundles
If you don't want the bundle the trick is to purchase without a bundle and opt out before adding any credit here: How do I remove my Big Value Bundle?

If you find the bundle not on your account, speak to the Social Team for account access and they will investigate on your behalf and make sure you have the credit or bundle here Contact Us
