data not working in vodafone.es PAYG after topup

Hi,

I toped up my Son's vodafone.es PAYG SIM yesterday - I am in the UK, he is in Spain

but the data is still not working

the SIM still had calls and texts available - just the data had run out

what needs to be done to enable the data

You need an Extra to use make calls, send texts and use data in Spain @solarisguru If your Son is only receiving calls and texts, he won't need the extra.

edited to add:  Just noticed you are enquiring about a Vodafone ES SIM, if that is correct you will need to ask Vodafone ES this question, Vodafone UK would be unable to help.

Vodafone is used by any countires and as such are not linked so one can't access the accounts of another.

Please do contact your own regions Vodafone Customer Support Teams and they'll help you. 👍
