Hi @awiuk. Generally speaking, if you've ordered from Vodafone directly your order will be delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class post. This isn’t a tracked service, so you won’t be able to track your order. Your order should arrive 3-5 days after you place it – excluding Sundays and bank holidays.
To make sure that we're on the same page, which website did you use to place your Pay as you go SIM order? The reason I ask is because our order numbers start with either WEB, SBL, EDM or UC4 followed by 16 digits. For example, WEB-1234567890123456.
