So I used a voucher I had turned off mobile data also it was on plane mode. When I got home I applied it and I didn’t get my money the messages says not enough credits every time I turn off airplane mode I while connected to WiFi. It didn’t say what I had purchased after I redeemed my £40 voucher.

I suspect what has happened here @James696969 is the credit is in a queue and will be on your account soon.
It is well worth checking your online account and Application top ups and active bundles will always show there.
As you have asked this question late in the evening, contact Customer Services tomorrow morning if the credit is not on your account or return to the thread and the Social Team will help.

If this was my situation @James696969 I would call 191 or use Live Chat now to ask them to access my Vodafone account and clarify.
