You can appeal the credit check decision with the reasons @justtryingtopay , there is a link on the page below.
Good luck, it certainly looks like an error.

Thanks Ann, I have received this from the appeal process:
"Thank you for contacting Vodafone
I have reviewed your application which will remain as a decline at this time, as you have not met the minimum criteria in order to progress.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide any information regarding our internal policies/criteria.
I understand that this may not be the answer you were hoping for, however, you can find further information on our device financing and credit checks here :
https://www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy/credit-checks.
The credit decision is valid for a period of 90 days, after this time you can make a new application.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Kind Regards,
(Redacted)
"
So it's obviously a lost cause with this waste of space department sadly. A 15 minutes job has now stressed me out for 3 days.
Thanks for your reply though!

I was under the impression that the Credit Team only work office hours, Monday to Friday @justtryingtopay That looks like a couldn't care less generic automated computer reply without any interaction from anyone who works for Vodafone.
This is one for the Social Team, they will be able to dig further any get this escalated as much as possible for you. You already have a broadband and mobile contract, you don't miss any payments and are a good customer.
