Account from 2017 set as default on credit check

Hi,

Hoping someone can help me urgently with a defaulted account, I had an account started in 2015 to 2017 where at the end I upgraded early, but as a result of this my account was showing outstanding payments still and as a result on my credit check for my mortgage it is shown as defaulted.

Can I please get help with resolving this issue as I am current customer still and need this set to closed urgently. 

If anyone can reply with help that would be great.
