Hi,
a phone on my account has been dissociated from my account, it's still billable but there is no ability to make or receive calls or use data. I've been calling 191 incessantly for the last week+ and they can't seem to help. And each time I talk to someone, I am told to wait 24 or 48 hours for some magic to happen, which doesn't happen, but wastes time.
Is there anyone who can help me please, before I churn the 3 phones on my account to another provider.

Unless you have already tried @hazychris try an alternative SIM in the phone, this will rule out a SIM or phone fault.

Thanks Ann, definitely an account issue - there’s a bunch of background. Hopefully a fix is in train, as I finally managed to get through to someone with some authority via 191.
i have to say as a former long term employee, it’s really not been a positive experience on so many levels: poor call quality, poor understanding from agents, not following through on promises to fix, the elapsed time taken, the time per call spent on hold. It’s not the Vodafone I remember.
