If you’re using an iPhone, you’ll need to turn off the “Private Relay” function - this hides your identity online however it also means Vodafone can’t identify your traffic from anyone else’s so the unlimited social media won’t work. If you’re not using an iPhone, make sure that if you use a VPN, this is switched off.
