Hi all so yesterday I tried to top up my account so it could renew however it wouldn’t let me therefore I couldn’t get my 3x winter data . Is there any way to contact Vodafone without talking to someone as I have very bad anxiety with phoning someone.

This may not necessarily be a Vodafone issue @Kaitlyn , it would be worth contacting your bank just to make sure there is not a restriction on the card. Try topping up online using an alternative card or alternative top up method here: Top Up If you are unable to top up through your online account or Application try clearing your cookies to start and try again.
