Hi all,
I'm trying to upgrade my current payg plan to a sim only contract.
Once i submitted my application, I get an email from vodafone saying that some information didnt match their records. I replied back with the correct date of birth but never heard anything back, and they are unable to run a credit check without the correct date of birth. Is there a way to amend the date of birth associated with my account? I believe when i first created the account the wrong year was submitted as a result of my phone glitching and freezing.

The quickest way to get the correct information on your account is to take photo identify into a store, your passport is best with your birth certificate. The staff will be able to amend the details straight onto the system.
