How long can I be on the phone with Vodafone  before I get charged or call gets disconnected ?

Missed calls when turned off/notifications when turn on.

I turn my s10 off on a night but i want to know if anyone has tried to ring while off so when i turn on i get a notification if they have but it don't work.Notifications are all on and sleeping apps are off so none goes to sleep.Spoke to 3 people fro...
