text abroad

Hi

I switched off "receive calls and text abroad" from abroad and now I cannot turn it back on because I need to receive a text abroad to be able to log in to switch it back on.

Tobi cannot help. Won't open popup window to log in with PIN.

Can't find a single representative to talk to.

What to do when you fall into this rabbit hole?
