Hi @Weenic12

As this is an open forum I would suggest to edit out your mobile number please. (Flagged).

First I totally appreciate losing a phone is pretty traumatic as nowadays we all tend to keep our info on these from contact numbers to texts , calendar entries and notes and emails and photos and videos etc.

Now depending on how you set up your phones preferences it may have been possible that your phone has backed up automatically to places such as gmail , iCloud i.e Apple devices, Cloud i.e what Samsung uses , Google Drive etc or even a Sd card

I also use dropbox to back up to also especially pictures.

So when you get a new phone you should be then able to use those back up(s) to put this info back onto your phone.

You'll just need your original email login and passwords you set up when setting up those various types of backups.

Any numbers backed upto your sim card that has been lost wont be backed up unfortunately therefore not recoverable.

Can you explain this part of your post please ?

everything was recovered to a old moible number "

Vodafone will.issue you with the same number on a new sim card.

Customer services  or the Vodafone Social Media Teams  have account access to help.

Unfortunately there is no account access via this forum anymore.

Vodafone would send you a new sim card when you contacted them and placed a bar on your account to stop unauthorised usage. When you receive the new sim card you may then have to re contact Vodafone customer services to have the bar on your account so it works.

I assume you've asked them to imei block the phone so noone else in the UK can use it.

I wish you all the best with this situation.

Hi @Weenic12

From what you have written, you would like a SIM with the lost number.

This is easily done, for quickness I would suggest you go into a Vodafone Store, the store will have the lost number on a new SIM within the hour.  The only problem you are going to have is before you can use the new SIM, there will be a lost or stolen barring restriction on your account and this is going to need to be completely removed by Customer Services.

There is further information for you here:

My device has been lost or stolen – what should I do?

How do I get a replacement SIM?

If you have any problems please come back to the forum.

Hiya the SIM card not been in use and as been cut off pay as u go

Thanks

If you've not used the Payg sim card to makes calls etc for 180 days + a further 90 days then it will have been deactivated and quarantined

Depending on how long this has happened you may not be able to recover it.

Ask customer service or the Vodafone Social Media Teams   to access your account to check.
