  1. I have 2 Vodafone sims, one that my daughter uses and the other that I use.  one of them is due an upgrade and I want to switch to another network.   I messaged PAC to 65075 but Vodafone replied that because I have more than 1 number on the account I need to contact them either by phone or by logging in to my Vodafone account, head to account settings, select the relevant number and click 'switch to another network'  but I cant see 'switch to another network anywhere'.

It is there, but getting to it is no easy task!
Starting from the account dashboard,
Chose settings in the lefthand menu
Scroll the right hand panel down until you reach the "Plan Settings" section
Select "Manage" under the number you want/need to transfer
Scroll the right hand panel to the bottom and you'll find "Switch My Number"

It's there, but it's not as easy as it ought to be to find!
