3 hour wait time on customer service phone line - final day to cancel

Hello,

 

I spoke to an advisor earlier about my dongle device not working - it is not charging and disconnects from all devices as soon as it connects. I said that I wish to cancel my contract and have a refund for the remaining time as I haven't been able to access the contracted services.

 

I was advised that this is fine as I'm on the final day of my cooling of 14 days, so to call the customer service number. However, I have none been on hold for 3 hours and the end of the working hours is approaching. However, if I have to call back tomorrow then I am over the 14 days.

 

Therefore, this needs to be canceled today.

Finally got through to someone. Very helpful and got it sorted within 5 minutes! Shame about the long wait.

I'd suggest to persevere with a call, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Twitter DM or Facebook Messenger Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

Link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

As long as you get the request to cancel in your account notes before the cooling off period then you'll be OK.
