5G GIGACUBE STRICT NAT PS4

Just received the gigacube today in hopes to get higher mbps and game with close to no issues whatsoever.. only to find that the Nat type is on strict and can no longer play with my friends. I’m paying 50£ a month for the 5G gigacube, I don’t want to waste my money, so please help me open my NAT type so I can play with my friends, thanks

Hey @GeorgeScatt, We're aware some of our customers are being affected by this, if you can send us any images with what's happening when your trying to connect, the NAT Type along with the device that you're using, we can get this forwarded to the dedicated team who are working on a resolution.

Hello Mark I was wondering if any thing has changed on this front with being stuck on nat type 3 ? I have been trying to find an answer to this before cancelling my new contract for my gigacube .
