Account Showing As Open On Credit File.

Hi Vodafone

My account has been closed on 24th March 2020 final bill paid in March and £0 balance on account.

You are still reporting to credit reference agencies that the account is active, and not closed and Settled.

I have spoken with your customer service team online and by phone, and no one seems to understand what I'm talking about.

 

Please can someone help me from the Forum Team to get me in touch with the correct department to have my account 'closed and settled' with all credit reference agencies? Thanks.

I'm in the same boat, I don't want to start another thread. I just need to speak to someone on the Credit file support team.
Getting through on the phone is impossible. Live chat doesn't work.
I've got TWO accounts showing as active from previous failed attempts to switch to vodafone for broadband.

rang today got though to cancellation team, picked up then hung up so i went though upgrades, someone answered straight away. and the two people i spoke to were so so helpful. someone from upgrades fired me straight though to credit team. try it that way?
