Hi. I did finish my contract with Vodafone and moved to O2 in December 2023.
I didn’t receive a last bill and now my account has been put in arrears. I paid the last bill on the 21st February after a debt collection company sent me 5 letters saying I was in arrears.
Now my credit score has decreased by 100 points and I am waiting for a mortgage offer.
I repeat, I paid the bill on the 21st February and my credit report shows that the arrears were created on the 28th February.

Alternatively contact the Vodafone Social Media Teams and they'll ask their Credit File Team to take a look at this for you.
I appreciate how damaging a default on a person's Credit File can be.
