Hello,

I bought a Samsung Galaxy Active 2 watch (4g) and I've paired it with my S10 phone but it's asking me for a QR code or an activation code, does anyone know where I can get that?

Thanks.

Hi and you're welcome @Gemma36

Bluetooth is how I hook up my Samsung Frontier Watch to my N20 Ultra but that way does mean it needs to be nearby.

If you want to use your contract allowances with your Watch and not have your phone nearby all the time then Vodafone Onenumber is the option which will cost an extra £7 per month.

All the info is in the links to help you along.

Customer services on 191,Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can help clarify too.

Are you using Vodafone Onenumber to pair up the phone so it can use your contract allowances away from the phone @Gemma36

More information in the below links.

What-is-Vodafone-OneNumber-and-how-do-I-get-it.

OneNumber

onenumber/getconnected.

Or are you just wanting to pair up the watch to your phone via Bluetooth i.e the watch remains in close proximity with your phone  ?

Edit … the qr code maybe in the box the watch came in .

Hi, thanks for replying!

I bought the watch in Curry's and there's a barcode in the box but whenever I went to scan it in it said it was invalid. That maybe isn't the QR code though?

I've got it paired with Bluetooth and it works great but I would love to use it without needing my phone nearby.

I'll have a look at the link you sent there. Thank you.

No worries @Gemma36

I hope you enjoy your new watch and all it brings along with the connections via Bluetooth and Vodafone OneNumber.

Enjoy the rest of your evening.
