I am not able to access any websites that are 18+ when on mobile data.
I'm ok on WiFi but mobile data have them blocked.
This has been going on for ages. Im age verified.
Any one able to help?
We've seen similar posts @DeeDee123 where at a person's end the content bar is de activated but for some reason at Vodafone's end it's not.
Customer services on 191, Live Chat or the Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries have account access to check.
Also on some devices the Vodafone Secure Net can block sites too.
Current Phone > Samsung Note 20 Ultra 5G - SM9860 Snapdragon.
Samsung One Ui 3.1 / Android 11.
