Hello,
I signed up for an offer on Vodafone's website that included a £50 Amazon voucher with any new SIM only contract back in July.
Picked up my SIM and have been a Vodafone user since then.
I have not received the voucher and have been to the shop I picked up my SIM card from, live chat and also sent an email to the email address they provided.
Anyone can give some help?

If this offer was through a third party website affiliate window, the offer would have been promised by the third party. If you contact the third party they will help.

Nope, as I mentioned in my post, it was on Vodafone's website.
