We have a business contract and following a call to customer services today to ask about call diverting costs I was advised there is obsolutely no charge involved in this. I have all my mobile calls set to divert to an 0330 number.
Given previous bad experience with wrong advice from Vodafone and before we end up with a huge bill, could anyone confirm this information is correct? Thanks

If you’re forwarding calls to a number that’s included in your bundled minutes then there wouldn’t be a charge. Once you run out of bundled minutes you’re charged at your standard rate.
Calls to 0330 are charged the same as calls to an 01/02 number and are deducted from any bundled minutes.
You can always set a low speed limit on the business line and forward the calls just in case.
