Error code: 6201.
Contacted support and have open support tickets but Vodafone cannot fix this problem, in the meantime I have missed out on a month of rewards. Will this ever be fixed?

Have Vodafone managed to say what could be causing this issue?
i.e have you ported into Vodafone from another network.
I assume you've tried lots of different troubleshooting with your phone , browser etc.
Perhaps the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can take a look if you contact them via Facebook or Twitter.

I've been with Vodafone for years. It stopped working after an update.
I've tried everything with my phone but still won't work.
I've seen similar issues with iPhones and they have figured the problem is with the browser they have set as default. If they switch back to Safari it works again.
I think it's a similar issue with Android, but switching browsers doesn't fix the problem.
Their development team need to either rollback or fix this issue.

Hi @evie,
Contacted the veryme team on twitter at the beginning and have open support tickets. I have provided them with multiple screenshots and screen recordings but they can't seem to figure out what the issue is.
