Nope, this is where it stands:
"Since we are getting multiple complaints for the online account, our back end team is already working on it and you will be notified as soon as they finish any work on it."
I asked who the team are. I got this response:
"A team who looks for an online account issue and since it is happening in major accounts, it should be resolved soon, however there is no time frame so far."
I've had the issue for around 3 months now. They keep e-mailing me VeryMe offers which I cannot sign-in to take either.
