Can't make international calls

Hi,

I have a Samsung S23 Ultra with Vodafone Unlimited pay monthly contract, I'm unable to call or text from the UK to Ireland, call immediately drops out and text doesn't send "get error Couldn't send message"

Any suggestions?

Hi @jmk147 I hope you are doing well! If you are calling or texting to the Republic of Ireland, this falls under our International Destinations and as such you would need to add on an International calls or texts bundle as these are not included as standard in our plans. You can see how much calls and texts cost to the Republic of Ireland, and how much the addons are here.

Hi Steph, I live in Northern Ireland and I thought I could call Ireland as I'm on the same island.

If you live in Northern Ireland, your calls and texts to numbers also in Northern Ireland are included in your UK bundle but anything outside of this will fall under International Destinations @jmk147 🙂
