Entertainment not working after upgrade

Hi, I just upgraded my contract for a further 24months which included the entertainment package. I cannot get this to activate without charging me. How to I do this I tried texting entertainment to. 97613 but it’s want to charge me. I never had this issue last time and I can’t get to speak to anyone or find out how to fix it.

I've been fighting this for 2 weeks. having the same issue. They just keep making me do the same steps. cannot seem to get through to anyone with an actual clue. good luck!
