Hi,
my Spanish bank needs to send me authorisation codes to access my account via sms and for some reason I cannot receive them. I have been through vodahelp many times and have reset network settings, enabled premium rate texts, enabled roaming and none of this works. I have checked my bank had the right number and is sending to U.K. and it is but I’m still not getting the texts I urgently need to access my account and I have run out of ways to resolve it. Any help or suggestions gratefully received. P.s the Bank are adamant the texts are being sent. Help please....

If you are wanting to receive OTP verification code from your Spanish bank to your UK number as part of phishing security set up by UK networks, it may not be possible to send to a UK number. Also make sure the bank are sending as 0044 or +44 dropping the first 0 followed by the remainder of your number.
A workaround would be to get yourself a Spanish SIM with some credit and roaming activated and have the bank send to that number. The bank may also be able to send as a voice text to a landline number.
