I have 3 separate lines with Vodafone, so my monthly bills are expensive. My bank recently closed my account without notice, so my direct debit payment didn’t go through. When I realised I paid my bill with my debit card, only to receive a text from Vodafone later that day saying I’ve been charged a £5 late payment fee. I’ve tried calling customer service but can’t get through to an English person who understands what I’m saying. Can anyone help as I don’t feel I should have to pay this charge
